We have 3 villas at a complex of nine villas with a swimming poo shared between the 9 villas close to the beach with a view of the marvellous Aegean sea.

They are located 2km far from Naoussa and 400m far from Filitzi beach.

The villas are built in the traditional Cycladic style.

All have verandas with a panoramic view of the sea.

Each villa has its own entrance, garden and garage with wooden pergolas for two cars.

There is also a tennis court which can be used by guests staying at the complex.

Villa A:

Villa 'A' is on 3 levels of a 300 m2 building.

-On the first level which is a semi-basement, just a few steps down from ground level, there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and bathroom and two others with two single beds each and a shared bathroom.On the same level there is a living room with fire a place. An interior staircase leads up to the first floor. The bedrooms have a large, shared semi-outdoor veranda a few steps away from the garden.

-On the second level there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a bathroom and a semi-outdoor veranda of 32m2 at the back of the house. A series of a few steps leads to the garden.

-On the third level there are 2 bedrooms which share one bathroom and verandas which are shaded by a wooden pergola and a view overlooking Naoussa, Lageri beach, Santa Maria and Naxos.

The villa can accommodate 10 people.

Villa B+C:

Two 3 level villas of 275m2 each with their own entrances, verandas with a sea view and a garage with wooden pergolas for two cars each.

-On the first semi-basement, which is a few steps down from ground level, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and bathroom and one with two single beds and a bathroom too. There is also a living room with a fire place on this level too and an interior staircase which goes up to the second level.

-On the second level there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fire place, one bedroom with a bathroom, and, at the back of the house, a semi-outdoor veranda. A few stairs lead down to the garden.

-On the third level there is a master bedroom with a bathroom. An interior staircase goes down to the second level. In front of the bedroom there is a large furnished veranda with a panoramic view to Naoussa, Logara beach,Santa Maria and Naxos.

The villa can accommodate 8 people.
