This detached house, which you will have exclusive use of, has two double bedrooms with en suite facilities.

The indoor patio area by the pool is the focal point of the villa and offers complete privacy. Here, breakfast can be taken to a chorus of songbirds, while at sundown you can enjoy a rum punch or two to the sound of the night creatures stirring from their slumber. Or, why not relax and ease away your cares by taking a dip in the pool under the stars of the Caribbean sky?

The grounds that surround the villa are filled with an array of lush tropical plants and trees: frangipani, jasmine, bouganvillea, banana, guava, flamboyant, nutmeg and lime trees.

The flamboyant or flame tree is a sight to behold when it flowers in the summer, covered in brilliant red flowers. It is consistently voted one of the five most beautiful flowering trees in the world, and on a moonlit night with the fireflies dancing around it, you will think you are in paradise.

Our housekeeper will attend to the housework during your stay. If desired, she will cook you a local dish.

NB: Rates during October/November are negotiable providing they are booked over a 2 week period only
Children under the ages of 16 years at the time of departure are not charged for

A Security Deposit will be required as a bond against any damages


BOOKING YOUR VACATION: When you have decided upon your vacation dates, please contact me immediately to ascertain if these dates are available. To make a definite booking you will need to send 25% of the rent, which is required as a deposit.

The balance is due 8 weeks before the date of your holiday.

Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by yourselves, monies can only be returned (less your deposit) if we are able to relet the dates. We shall make every effort to do so.


Insurance: Guests are required to take out comprehensive Holiday Insurance, which should include cover for unavoidable situations, especially the cancellation of flights and holidays, and medical care
