We have apartments for 4 on the first and second floors. These are cool apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom facilities. They consist of one bedroom with two single beds and can sleep up to two extra people in the living room. The second floor apartment has a sea view. Both have air-condition/heating and a TV.
There are also newly redecorated apartments on the ground floor with their own private front patio with a big marble table. They consist of one separate bedroom with two single beds, a living room that can sleep up to two people, kitchen facilities and a bathroom. All the apartments have air-condition/heating and TV.
This lovely little complex is close enough to the beach to walk in two or three minutes, but far enough away not to be bothered by noise from bars etc. at night!
WIRELESS INTERNET IS AVAILABLE
There is a cafe/restaurant by the pool while there are plenty of good tavernas in Tolo if you want to go elsewhere.
The pool area is bordered by olive trees and offers a great place to relax.
Tolo is famous for its sandy beach which is shallow for a good distance out to sea - perfect for children.
There are watersports available along the beach, and the area is rich with archaeological sites - Mycenae, Tiryns, Epidavros etc.
The old town of Nafplio can be reached by buses which run every hour, and is charming with its neo-classical architecture, cafes and boutiques. The energetic can climb the 999 steps up to the 'Palamidi' castle to enjoy a fine view of the Argolic Gulf, and to visit the tiny windowless cell where Kolokotronis, one of the Greek resistance leaders, was imprisoned.
A cruise ship offers day trips to the nearby islands of Hydra and Spetses.

Tolo is a charming holiday destination thanks to the beautiful scenery and the crystal clear waters.

Originally a traditional Greek fishing village, it now offers a good choice of tavernas, Greek cafes, shops and night life, but still retains its character and is left unspoilt by tourism.

The apartment is located just a two minute walk from the beach, in a quiet cl-de-sac.

Although a car will be useful for sightseeing, there is everything you'll need a short walk away, so there's no need to drive anywhere.

The sea is shallow for a good distance and the bottom is sandy.

There are attractions in the surrounding area if you choose a day out. The nearby town of Nafplio is very popular, with shops and cafes in the elegant Old Town.

There are many famous archaeological sites in the area, including Mycenae, Tiryns, and Ancient Epidavros.

Boat trips leave from Tolo to the nearby islands of Spetses and Hydra.

Water skiing, sailing, etc are available on the beach.

Notes on the Rental Rates

In order to secure your booking we require a deposit of 15% payable via PayPal while the balance is due by bank transfer no less than 2 months before your arrival.

A fine of 10 Euros is imposed of 10 Euros for any loss or damage to apartment key and/ or the electric card.

Cancellation.
The booking fee is non-reundable. Of the remaining balance 8 days (for the low season), 15 (mid season), 22 (high season) before scheduled arrival no cancellation fees apply.
On the 7th, 14th or 21st day, respectively, or less, a 50% of total reservation as well as deposit is required as a cancellation fee. This fee is also applicable for Non-Show cases.
