When you look in magazines about interior design you will be reminded on this charming, luxury home in Myloi.
Ideally located a few kilometres away from Nafplio this house is a quiet, fully equipped high end residence for people who appreciate comfort and attention to detail with no expense spared.
The house is approached through the front garden which has a large lawn and is opposite the sea by a small, sand and pebble beach (the main beach is 200 metres away).
The front door opens onto the large, open-plan living/dining and kitchen area.
There are comfortable sofas, Ibiza chairs and large dining table and chairs on this level; as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an extractor fan, fridge/freezer, oven, micrwave and everything you need to cater for you and your family.
At the back of the house, accessed though the kitchen, is a yard with a barbecue and a garage.
The upper floor is reached by a wooden staircase and the all of the first floor is covered by polished wood flooring.
The main bedroom is en-suite and overlooks the sea. There is a large panel behind the bed with a light which gives the room a lovely atmosphere.
The other bedroom has two single beds and there is a child's bedroom with one bed to which another one can be added so that the house can sleep 4 adults and 2 children.
There are balconies at the front and the back of the house.

Myli is a little village in Argolis (Argolida) by the sea. It is close to Argos (10km) and Nafplio (13km) and is a good base for exploring the area.
The village has tavernas and cafes and and a beach and promenade area by the popular, pebbly beach. At one end the beach the river flows into the sea and it is a very pleasant spot where there are cafes and tavernas.
Places of interested to visit by car are the Pyramid of Ellinikon, The Castle of Larissa at Argos, Nafplio which has an old town and three fortresses and is a charming place to visit. At the other side of Nafplio is the beach of Karathona which is a long, sandy beach.
Across the border to Arkadia you will find the little resorts of Xyropigado and Astros and inland, lots of stunning scenery in this mountainous location.
