Overlooking Kamini harbour for 4 to 6 people in two interconnecting apartments. Apartment A - [ground floor and upper floor]. Apartment B - [Ground floor]


Situated overlooking Kamini village, a comfortable spacious house that is separated into two flats having the same main entrance [two interconnecting apartments].

A large terrace on the upper floor allows you to enjoy the sea view and you can watch the sunrise in the morning and capture the sunset in the evening. Very close to a supermarket, restaurants and only a short stroll to Kamini beach.

Please note that the terrace is accessible from apartment B only if you are renting both apartments together.

The house offers accommodation for a maximum of 6 persons [2 persons in apartment A and 4 persons in
apartment B]. Fully air- conditioned.

Flat A [ground and upper floor] offers in the ground floor a kitchen/dining room fitted with all the necessary appliances and a very comfortable sitting room with sofas around the chimney. There is TV and radio-tape recorder system. Behind the kitchen is a courtyard covered with awning which is ideal for that Mediterranean breakfast.

A staircase from the kitchen leads to a very spacious bedroom and bathroom. In the bedroom there is a sofa, table, small fridge, TV/DVD player, CD player /radio-tape recorder. From the bedroom there is access to a large terrace [you can also access the terrace from the external staircase from the inner courtyard] half covered with awning for extra shade and two marble dining tables, deck chairs and mattresses, lending to an enjoyable evening in.

In flat B are two twin bedrooms [with T.V and portable radio-tape recorder], bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. On entering the main gate of the house, there is an inner courtyard, covered with awning, which on hotter summer days is the perfect area for shade.

Both apartments are accessed from the inner courtyard. All courtyards are fully equipped with relaxing deck chairs for those typical summer siestas.

Layout:

The house offers 150 m2 of living space, and a further 100 m2 balconies and courtyards, and is very spacious.

Apartment A has only one bedroom, but is the larger of the two at 100 m2, and two children can sleep on sofa beds in the living room if required.

Apartment B has two bedrooms but no living room, although it's likely that you'll wnt to spend most of your time outside anyway!

When you arrive on Hydra you will be met with donkeys to carry your luggage [15euros per donkey - carries two suitcases] by our manager who will escort you to Kamini, show you around the house and introduce you to the housekeeper who will come once a week to clean and change bed linen. Extra cleaning is available at 10 euros per hour.

Conditions: For safety, not advisable for children under 7 yrs. No pets. Available all year round. Max persons 6. Minimum booking 7 days. 50% deposit required to secure booking with balance of payment due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Rates:
- 300 euros per night to sleep 4 to 6 for the whole house [two interconnecting apartments]
- 200 euros per night to sleep 2 for the apartment A [ground and upper floor]]
- 150 euros per night to sleep 4 persons for the apartment B [ground floor].

In case of cancellation the deposit is not refundable. There is a deposit of 200 to 300 euros for security reasons the day of arrival. This deposit will be returned at

the end of the tenancy period, after checking with the house manager that everything in the house is okay [no damages - broken or missing items]. Part or all of the

deposit may be withheld by the owner in case of damages verified by the house-manager.
