Situated about a mile out of the village of Tockwith with its well-stocked shop and two pubs both serving excellent food. Ideal for two families or two couples.
ACCOMMODATION:Entrance lobby. Lounge with living flame electric fire, set in an attractive pine surround. Well equipped, fully fitted kitchen with separate Dining Area. Bedroom 1 with two single beds. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with King-size bed. Bedroom 4 with two single beds. Two Bathrooms each with bath and electric shower over, toilet, basin and shaver point. One bathroom also has a separate walk in shower. Private gardens and play area with tree house, climbing frame and outside dining area with patio and barbecue. Football pitch/play area for "budding Beckhams"!SERVICES:Oil-fired Central Heating. Smoke Detectors. All fuel, power and bed-linen included in the rent. Microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/tumble dryer, electric cooker and extractor fan. two TV's, DVD and video with a collection of video's and DVD's to view - also games and books. Radio, CD and cassette. Cot and high chair available. Towels available to hire. Car park for three cars directly outside the cottage. Pets welcome.
