On a clear day, you can see the mountains of Africa! It has telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, and a CD and radio/cassette player. Externally there is a patio Andaluz opening onto a broad terrace with a large floodlit pool (8x4m) set in private gardens featuring a BBQ, outside dining area, large roof terrace (all with fabulous views) and car port. The property benefits from the exclusivity given by the security gates at the entrance to the development complex and is flanked by other villas. Mijas is 5 mins by car, Fuengirola and the beach are 10 mins by car and Marbella 20 mins. The nearest international airport is Malaga (10 miles). We also have a car to rent at very good rates, an Opel Zafira 5-7 seater automatic with aircon. We have a manager who will welcome you to the villa and provide any information required. Linen is changed every week. The pool and garden are very well maintained.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Pepe, the villa was very spacious, well equipped and had everything we needed. The view from the terrace was spectacular and it was great sitting there in the evening having one maybe two glasses of wine. We enjoyed the pool which is a really good size and very easy for mum to get into (she’s 74) with it having the Roman steps. The villa was very convenient for Mijas and there was a good supermarket just 5 minutes down the hill. It was easy to get to Malaga, Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona all of which were great for shopping and restaurants. Mark the house manager was very helpful and full of information. While we were there Jose was next door and was really kind and helpful. We would both love to go back to Casa Pepe in the near future and would recommend it to anyone. If there are no rental rates showing please contact the owner!
Deposit of 10% (minimum €400) required to secure booking. Full amount required 8 weeks before holiday. Deposit refunded one week after holiday less any costs incurred for electricity and telephone. Payment options: cheque or bank transfer. We also accept payment in Euros. Supplement per person per week if more than 6 adults: €50. A discount of 20% is available for rentals of 3 weeks or more from November to March.
Extra Costs (deducted from your Deposit Refund)
Electricity: We give an allowance of 100kW per week for normal electricity usage and anything above this is charged at 0.20 EUR per kW. Please make sure you read the electricity meter with our Manager on start and finish of your holiday. Telephone: If you wish to use the telephone, please let us know as we can check the calls made after your departure.
Cancellation Charges:
If you have to cancel your holiday before having paid the full amount (8 weeks beforehand), we will refund your deposit less an administration charge of €40 IF we are able to re-book the same week/s. If you have paid in full, the cancellation charges are as follows:
4 - 8 weeks: 50% of rate refunded
2 - 4 weeks: 25% of rate refunded
less than 2 weeks: no refund
UNLESS we are able to re-book any time up to the holiday, in which case we will refund your full payment plus deposit less the administration charge as above.
