It offers you a small courtyard with views to the sea, air conditioning, a double bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a large open plan living area. In this living area there is plenty of space to accommodate a third or fourth person at an extra charge. Two separate private entrances are available for guests.

Notes on the Rental Rates

For a third or fourth person, a further 50 Euros is applicable per person per week.

A 25% deposit is required on all bookings, with final balance paid one month prior to arrival. Payment in full required for bookings made less than 2 months prior to arrival.

Payments in Euros only by bank transfers.

No security deposit is requested, however charges will incur in the event of damage to property or key losses. Damage to property will be determined by the overall cost of repair, or replacement. 100 Euros will be applicable for key loss, as locks will have to be replaced.

Plenty of flexibility with check in/out except on changeover days, then the following is applicable:

CHECK IN at 18:00

CHECK OUT at 10:00

The accommodation must be left clean and tidy upon departure.

All breakages must be paid for, however the owners do understand that accidents do happen. Cost will be accessed at the time of incident.

Market suitability for all ages, particularly those with an interest in cultural history, island hopping, rock climbing, or relaxing on some of the wonderful surrounding beaches.

THE HOUSE IS STRICTLY NON-SMOKING!
Smokers are welcomed and will be requested to smoke in the outside courtyard.

All linen and towels are included in the rental rates. Guests can change as and when they require.

Water, electricity and air conditioning included in the rental rates.

There will be many provisions available upon arrival for guests.

If you require any special provisions for your stay, please contact us well in advance, so that we can cater for your needs. Any additional costs incurred, will have to be paid before the start of your holiday, unless otherwise agreed.
