This lovely villa can accommodate up to 16 persons. There are 1 x 2 bed and 2 x 3 bed apartments.Can be rented as a whole villa with private pool or individual apartments sharing the Pool. The 2 bed and 1 of the 3 bedroom interconnect on the Top Floor while the other 3 bedroom is groundfloor which makes ideal for elderly people or difficulty walking.
Each apartment has its own private entrance, so if you are renting one apartment, you will still get your own privacy.
The 2 bedroom has 1 bathroom, while the 3 bedrooms has 2 bathrooms.
A mature garden surrounds the villa which gives it a lot of privacy.A BBQ and an outside shower are near the pool.Plenty of parking outside the villa on the road side or in driveway.Close to all shops,bars,restaurants, etc.Sandy beach 5 mins away with car or bus. Car is not a necessity.

Mellieha is situated in the North of Island of Malta. Mellieha is the last village before boarding the boat
to Gozo. Mellieha has one of the biggest sandy beaches in Malta.
The Villa is situated on a private estate known as Santa Maria Estate. It is 5 mins away with the bus or car
to the beach. All shops,bars,restaurants are within 3 mins walk from the villa.

Prices quoted are for 4 persons. please enquire for 6 - 16 persons.
Deposit required is 35% of total amount and 100 Euros as Damage Deposit to be returned back after inspecting the property.
Balance to be paid on arrival in Malta in euros cash.
Airport transfers are also available at a charge. please ask
