Monterosa, our beautiful home on the shore of Lake Vinuela, named after the spectacularly colourful mountain sunsets, to be viewed from the terrace with an evening drink in your hand. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden filled with fruit trees and sub-tropical plants. It is in an area of outstanding beauty in the region of the Axarquia and is comprehensively equipped with all of the things you would expect in a luxury villa. We are close to the villages of La Vinuela and Los Romanes where supermarkets, restaurants and bars will be found, with the beaches of the Mediterranean just a short 20 minute drive away.Our large garden is completely fenced and gated, making it an exciting place for children to explore and play, it has numerous seating and sunbathing areas, the heated swimming pool being larger than most has the benefit of Roman steps down into the shallow end. There is a covered outdoor dining terrace, the perfect setting to enjoy the stunning views across Lake Vinuela to Mount Maroma (2085m) and the Almijara and Tejeda mountain ranges whose changing colours have to be experienced. We have plenty of car parking space and a carport for that all important shade. All bathroom and poolside towels are supplied by us.
Having beautiful views all around, why go anywhere else. We are just above Lake Vinuela a couple of kilometres away from the white hillside village of Los Romanes, and 20 minutes away from the coast at Torre Del Mar.

Prices are for the property per week in pounds sterling, however you can pay in €uros at that days rate of exchange. We will forward to you a rental agreement whereupon you pay a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your holiday dates. The balance then being due six weeks before your arrival date.There is a £200GBP security deposit payable on arrival and will be returned to you on completion of an inspection on the day of your departure.

Upstairs there is a further double bedroom with wardrobe and bedside cabinets and lights. Patio doors with insect screens lead out onto the upper terrace with tremendous views over the lake.
