Finca Durillo is situated in the countryside near to Competa. This beautiful villa with private pool is not only set in a superb location but also has been built and furnished to a high standar. A lot of care and attention to detail went into the renovation with the aim of upgrading the property without losing the charm and harmony it had originally.

The small white village of Competa is at only 3,5, km distance. Since July 2009 the whole way to Finca Durillo is over a tarmac road.

The interior of this property is beautifully furnished and decorated in rustic style, spacious sitting-living room, with fireplace and Sat. Tv., fully fitted kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one en suite and 1 guest toilet.

From the outside terraces and porch as well as from the pool area, you will enjoy spectacular views through the mountains down to a wide expanse Mediterranean sea.

Central heating throughout.

3,5 kms from Competa with reasonable access most of the way apart from the final part which is quite steep. This part is, however cemented and an ordinary car can be used. Nervous drivers may feel happier in a four wheel drive.
