2 Two bedroom apartments, and 1 Three Bedroom apartment, housed in a three story building, are all with large balconies from which you have an indescribable panoramic view overlooking the emerald green Caribbean Sea.
All Apartments have, Air conditioner, Cable T.V. (Micro Wave in larger Apartments) Coffee Maker, Toaster, refrigerator, Cooker, Clock Radio, Pots & Pans, Plates, cups & Saucers, Knives forks & spoons, Glasses, Queen or Full size beds. Some bedrooms have 2 Single beds.Pamper your self with an in house Massage, by a certified Massage Therapist!
Keith can tailor Tours such as deep-sea fishing, horse back riding; rainforest and other island tours by land and sea to your individual needs. We have a lovely Tropical Garden which contains a Swimming Pool, fish Pond & a Pavilion


Apartment “ESPOIR” is in the north of the Island of St Lucia, in the Caribbean,
10 minutes North West of the capital Castries. Nestled on a lush green gentle hillside, between the award winning East winds and Wind Jammer Landing Hotels, overlooking the beautiful Labrelotte Bay just a 3 minute walk to the gorgeous palm fringed sandy beach.
Water sports like diving, snorkeling, water-skiing, windsurfing, kayaks; sunfish, sailing, etc. are all available within a 5-minute walk. Espoir is a 10 minute walk to the main road restaurants and shops. In a 5 minute Drive you arrive at Rodney Bay/ Gros Islet where all the main nightlife and restaurants are, also a lovely 18 hole Golf course.
Due to the location of the apartments, it is not recommended for people with walking disabilities.

Check in after 3:00pm and check out by 11:30 AM. Rates are based on double occupancy. Exception: Two Bedroom Apartment (normal occupancy is 4 persons) Please add $40USD per night for 1 additional guest.A full refund will be granted if cancellation is made 30 days or more, prior to arrival. Negotiate with owner for unforeseen circumstances. 20% rental fee is due at the time of booking to hold a reservation.
