This large studio is in the lower part of well built stone house at the top of Hydra Town.
The top floor is blocked off by a trap door at the top of an open staircase.

At the front of the studio there is plenty of space to sit outside and admire the view and at the back is a private garden.

The house always has an air-flow as you can open the windows and doors at the front and the back of the house so it never gets too hot and does not need air-con.

The large, open-plan, living/sleeping/dining area is not cramped and has a fairly high ceiling. Next to this is the kitchen which has a dining table as well as a fridge and a cooker.

12 water bottles are provided on your arrival which you will need to replace when you use them.

The nearest mini-market is about 10 minutes away but you can get heavy things delivered by mule.

As this is open plan we do not recommend this house for two couples. It is more suitable for one couple or a family of four.

If you do not mind walking and are fit then this studio is a great choice at the top of the island where you can sit and drink up the view.

This large comfortable studio is located very high up at the top of the town which means you have a superb view of the whole of Hydra down to the port and of the sunset.

The house can be reached a number of ways but the way without too many steps is on the large path to Kala Pigadia with only a steep hike at the end of the trip.
