Our holiday home built in 1996 in the Caribbean style and the apartment built in 2007 are situated in the small village of Black Rock (about 1000 inhabitants) at the south-west coast of Tobago. You are surrounded by lush vegetation and fruit trees and both places offer a glimpse into the tropical garden.

The property consists of the cottage and an apartment and offers home to a total of up to 10 guests. Cottage and apartment can be used together or they may be individually booked.

The cottage is surrounded by a large sun terrace with loungers and invites you to sit and relax there. This terrace house is available to all guests. Two additional terrace levels before the cottage and the apartment ,are covered ,they are available for each living unit separately.

An outdoor shower beside the entrance is meant for all visitors.

Turtle Beach beach house is only 150 m away. The "main street" with shops and 3 restaurants is in 300-500 m distance.

Additional Services:
You will enjoy the friendly, experienced management of our daughter any time. Cleaning service, laundry service and phone at a small fee. A cook or a meal will be organized on request. Some food can be ready at your arrival (by order and account). An internet cafe is 400 m away from the house.

For your stay in our guesthouse are available:
three double rooms with comfortable mattresses and ceiling ventlators and two large windows
a bathroom with shower, bathtub, 2 washbasins W / C water
a residential kitchen, fully equipped (espresso coffee machine, fridge-freezer, 4 plate gas stove, oven, blender, juicer and plenty of cooking utensils.
a large covered veranda with dining table for up to 8 people and seating for a cozy evening.

Additionally, the House offers
a separate laundry room with washing machine
an outdoor shower for after the beach
a large outdoor terrace with deck chairs and barbecue grill
and a garden with fruit trees
Optionally a babycot can be installed.

Bed linen (weekly change) and towels for household (4 days change) are included in the price. Beach towels and mosquito net, please bring yourself!

If necessary, there is also a cook available for preparing the original Caribbean meals.

The apartment has
Our spacious Ferienapartement built in 2007, approximately 55 m² of living space for 2 persons (Delivery cot possible) is nestled in a tropical garden with barbecue area and consist of a living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with large windows on 2 sides, bathroom with shower + WC., W + K water. A covered terrace is available for relaxing and watching the many birds available.

To share with the cottage are available:

A separate laundry room with washing machine
an outdoor shower after the beach
a large outdoor terrace with deck chairs and barbecue grill
and a garden with fruit trees
Bed linen (weekly) and towels (all 4 days) are for household use in the price. Beach towels and mosquito net, please bring yourself!

If necessary, there is also a cook to service the original Caribbean cooking.

Beaches
From our house there are several very nice beaches reachable.

Turtle Beach (beach house), 2 minute walk (see photo right)
Back Bay, 20 min walk (Robinson Beach! Please do not bring valuables)
Mount Irvine Surfstrand (surfing, snorkeling), about 3 km with a collective taxi or on foot
Bucco Bay, nice to run about 5 km long
Grafton Bay, 10 min walk
Pigeon Point and Store Bay near the airport about 15 km with a collective taxi or private car for trips to Englishman's Bay, Parlatouvier Bay, Castara, Speyside and Charlotteville od he rainforest and several waterfalls, a private car or taxi to empfehlen.Ein officer may, if necessary conveyed.

Shopping
In the village there are 2 small supermarkets, 1 bar and 3 restaurants. Larger shops and a large market with exotic fruits, vegetables and fish are found in the capital, Scarborough which is about 15 minutes by bus, shared taxi or rental car to reach. Fresh fish is available in Mount Irvine, ca 3 km away from about 16 clock.

Other
A waterfall above Black Rock in about 20 minutes walking distance. Small excursions on foot or by mountain bike in the neighborhood to open a nice insight into the way of life and the nature of Tobago and its people.

For a tour of the island, we'd like to make a driver or a car Segeltoerns, dives and Inselausfuge.Unsere manager Thomas Ashaky are always happy with the advice and support. Airport transfers on request.
