Upstairs is the sleeping area, with a double bed, drawers, wardrobe space, a seperate shower/toilet and access to a balcony. It also has air conditioning (both heating and cooling). The property has been recently been painted and redecorated. Close to all the local amenities such as shops, restaurants and cafes/bars. Also close to the bus station (300m) and with parking close by (100m) it is ideal as a base to explore the rest of the beautiful island of Paros.

Notes on the Rental Rates

We require a 25% deposit on booking and the remainder (75%)to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. Both by bank transfer or PayPal(an extra 2%). The above rates are inclusive of all taxes and charges. A baby cot is charged at 2 euros per day. An extra bed for the child is 5 euros a day, or free if they can sleep on the sofa downstairs.
