The hallway opens into the airy dining area and through to the living room. There are sliding patio doors from both areas opening onto a covered terrace that is ideal for dining al fresco. The living room has satellite television, video, DVD and a CD stereo system. The kitchen and utility room are well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, etc. Outside is a discrete courtyard for drying laundry. Beyond the dining area are three of the bedrooms. The two twin bedded rooms, both with access to the garden, share a full bathroom and the double bedded room has a shower room en suite. Upstairs is the master bedroom, complete with en suite (full) bathroom and dressing area. Sliding patio doors lead to a balcony overlooking the garden, pool and of course the golf course.

The lawned garden at the rear of the property contains a barbeque and a large pool surrounded by terracing. The automatic irrigation system is programmed to operate during the evening, so please remember not to leave sun bed cushions and personal belongings out overnight. To the front of the property there is ample parking space within the gates and cars stay cool even in the height of summer as this area is north facing.
