The apartment is a modern spacious, well appointed furnished, air conditioned, two bedroomed apartment set in the quite select area of the village at the base of the pine clad mountains. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away and on route to the harbour and beach you will pass through traditional Turkish life, bars and restaurants.

The property was built in 2006 to the highest standards and have an open plan lounge/dining room, separate kitchen, bathroom (including shower and jacuzzi bath), two bedrooms (double and twin)and large balconies at the front and rear of the apartment. Modern luxury lifestyle facilities are at your disposal including large fridge freezer, waterchiller, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob, TV/DVD player, iron/ironing board, vacuum cleaner, dryer, etc. All bedding, sheets, bath towels are provided and a maid is on hand to do whatever cleaning you require (can be arranged with our local agent. The apartments are strictly non smoking.

Turunc is a former fishing Village approximately 20km from Marmaris and 15km from Icemeler. The setting of this small town/village is truly magnificent. A beautiful natural bay with its turquoise sea and backdrop of mountains nestling amongst the intensely green pine forests and olive groves it is a picture to behold. The views on the run down into Turunc from the mountain road with the turquoise sea and islands fading into the background would rival any in the world.

This once thriving fishing village has now largely given way to providing wonderful holidays to those that can make that extra step from Marmaris and Icmeler. Turunc today has many and varied restaurants, bars and shops but the charm of this gem is that it has not lost its "friendly and intimate" local feel.

To one side of the horseshoe shaped bay is a small harbour lined with many local wooden had crafted locally made boats and water taxis and for a small price you can enjoy an excursion along the spectacular coastline stopping at coves and bays for swimming and a barbecue lunch.

The wonderful safe beach is fronted with many restaurants and has been awarded the European Blue flag for the last few years, there is also the choice of many water sports in the high season.

Do to its compactness no matter where you stay in Turunc you are never more than 5/10 mins away from the beach, restaurant, shops or bar.

Many British have settled here and English is widely spoken even by many of the locals who are disarmingly friendly, love children and are eager to share there beautiful village with visitors.

The climate is fabulous and it is known for the sun to shine for over 300 days per year, even out of season it can be warm enough to sunbathe.

Whilst Turunc tends not to be full of night life the nearby towns of Marmaris and Icmeler have some of the liveliest nightclubs in the world and these are only a taxi drive away, for a real treat you could also use the water taxi between May and September!

Turunc is the ideal base for exploring the wild and historic Datca and Bozburun peninsulas and makes for a great walking or cycling holiday (plenty of mountains though!, other activities include, boat trips, jeep safaris, scuba diving, and many organised sight seeing excursions to the well known Turkish sites.

Prices per apartment for a minimum of 7 days (maximum of 4 people per apartment).
Note:- prices are for the apartment not per person
Discounts of 5 % for bookings of 14-21 consecutive days will be offered, for periods longer than this the discount will be 10%.
Long lets can be accommodated please contact us for the arrangements and special rates!!

Bookings of less than 7 days are welcomed, but a 20% surcharge is levied to cover cleaning and admin costs.
