Chalet Chrysalis is newly built (completed January 2008) to the highest Swiss standards. It has 4 floors and sleeps 8. On the top floor is 1 double (ensuite shower/loo) and 1 twin (ensuite shower/loo). On the next floor down are 2 further twins with an additional bathroom/loo.
The main floor consists of an open-plan kitchen/sitting/dining room. The kitchen area has marble worktops and every modern appliance, the large dining table can easily sit 10 and the sitting area has a superb wood-burning stove (logs provided) and satellite TV with DVD player. A glorious south-facing wooden deck is accessed from here.
In the sous-sol you will find another sitting room with DVD player, another shower/loo and the utility area.
There is an underground car-park with remote control access and heated ski-lockers.
The chalet has underfloor heating throughout and wi-fi access.
The location is superb. Only 30 metres from the nearest ski-lift and 300 m from the shops and bars and yet in an extremely quiet spot with no through traffic or noisy hotels.

70 minutes by car from Geneva Airport Morgins is one of the villages that make up the Portes Du Soleil, one of the biggest ski areas in the world. It is 5 minutes from the French border and the resort of Chatel and only 25 minutes from Lake Geneva.
