3 Double bedrooms - Main one having Kingsize bed, other two both have twin beds x 2 in, All have fitted wardrobes with drawer units. All have black out curtains, keeping the rooms, cool and dark. All have fitted ceiling fan. The two upstairs bedrooms both have a balcony.
2 Bathrooms - Main one being upstairs, both have sink, toilet, bath with shower over, both fully tiled with matching accesories.
Lounge/Dining Area is a large open plan room with has table and seating for 6, 2 leather sofas, 26" lcd t.v. receiving over 70 channels via satelitte. c.d. Sony Playstation 2 + some games. coffee tables, great views over the golf course. Black out curtains and a ceiling fan.
Patio - to the front of the property has views out to sea, large table that can seat upto 8, brick built bar-b-que and sun loungers all within the gated garden area, making it safe for children to play.
Kitchen has Luxury american oak units and granite worktops with all intergrated appliances, oven , hob, extractor hood, fridge, micro, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron.
We proivide all linen (excluding beach towels) a weekly cleaning service and emergency contact telephone numbers.
The Villa is located only a 5 minute walk into the new Atlantico Shopping Centre which has everything you will need. Bars, Restaurants, shops and a large supermarket (open 7 days a week).
In front of the centre there is a very safe bathing beach - ideal for children with a pontoon out in the sea which has a nice bar/restaurant on to enjoy your lunch.
