hill, comprising a centenarian mansion considered as an architectonical Greek treasure, the
Luxury Villa, the Luxury Cottage and two acres of fragrant gardens with their own wellspring.
Picturesque Paroikia, charming Naoussa and Parasporos Beach are just to a short driving
distance.
The Luxury Villa has a clean Cycladic inspiration; wooden and marble floors cover 420 square
meters of indoors spaces gracefully decorated. The Villa has four spacious suites with en-suite
bathrooms, a comfortable living room and an open kitchen where guests may experiment with
the tastiness of some of the villa’s own organic products, a dining salon for long epicurean
meals, a harmonic lap pool and a second pool with Jacuzzi. The open terraces offer the spectacle
of colorful sunsets and the views of Paros with its eternal companion, Antiparos.
The Luxury Cottage is independent, built with stones from the earth of Paros and encloses one
comfortable bedroom, living room, kitchenette, spacious bathroom and a shaded veranda with
sea views.
The services of the villa include daily maid service,dailybreakfast at Yria Resort, free access to
the Yria Resort facilities and car rental (A cat. car) for the entire stay. Masseuse and staff are
available upon request (additional charges apply).
Part of the amenities are plasma televisions with satellite signal, Wi-Fi, DVD player and a
selection of movies, Apivita natural toiletries and feather duvets and pillows.
Paros is considered as one of the most beautiful Greek islands of the Cyclades. It is characterized by the many beaches and also the charming villages.
Naoussa, is an old fishing village is characterized by its Venetian port and its many fish restaurants. The architecture of the area is also incredible.
The old town of Parikia is considered to be the biggest in the Cyclades island. You will find alleys untouched from the touristic wave that reduces the beauty of these settlements.
Lefkes village is in the middle of the island with many nice tavernas, and beautiful alleys. From Lefkes you can take a very nice walk at the old stones of the Byzantine Route down to Prodromos.
A fantastic place to take children is Aqua Park. Boats leave hourly from Naoussa and takes approximately 15 minutes.
Paros is also famous for its watersports, specifically wind and kitesurfing. The eastern coastal town of Dryos with neighboring beaches are the most popular surfing destinations. The latter was the site of the 2000 and 2003 international windsurfing championships as well as other international events. The location has once again been selected for the 2010 championships.
For something alternative 'Tao's' is a retreat and meditation centre located on top of a hill, overlooking the Aegean Sea and the neighbouring islands. There are on-going daily activities, self-development seminars and a long-stay Work & Study program, along with Oriental-Thai cuisine and Cafe-Bar.

This is the price for the villa alone. It is 5000.00 a night with the cottage.
The Villa as a whole consists of the Greek Villa and the Luxury Cottage. It is possible to rent the villa with or without the Luxury cottage. Minimum Villa Vacation: 7 days.
The rates for the villa include: daily maid service, breakfast at Yria Resort, free access to the associated resort facilities, car rental* for the entire stay.
