The apartment.This 2-bedroom apartment has a total indoor area is about 85 m2. There is one full bathroom plus a WC. The interior is roomy, contributing to a light and open interior. Four adults are very comfortable here, plus there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that could suit two more people. The apartment is fully equipped throughout with new furniture, fixtures and fittings. The furniture was imported from Denmark.
There are 2 great swimming pools to chose from, one is a Infinity pool with great Tropical gardens,
There is a secure underground car park with remote entry.
The rooftop terrace is very large, quiet and partly shaded, with excellent views of the coast and hillsides. It is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing meal or sunbathe. The terrace is equipped with a dining table, chairs and sun beds.
Air conditioning and heating ensures that the apartment is comfortable year round.
Please do not bring your pets.
In this tranquil area of natural beauty you are guaranteed to have a very enjoyable holiday. whether it is relaxing by one of the two community pools or simply sunbathing on the terrace. For the adventurous there are many outdoor activities to enjoy. situated on a hill a car is neccessary , although the beach is only a 10 minute walk away.
