DESCRIPTION
Each villa is autonomous giving you everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. All villas are equipped with A/C, TV-DVD, SATELLITE, REFRIGERATOR, KITCHEN, JACUZZI, FREE WI-FI while the breathtaking view will compensate the most demanding. The spacious and quality of the objects compared to a permanent resident are more than enough, giving you even greater sense of comfort and hospitality. All the villas have private verandas or terraces with sea view and sun set view.
We offer welcome wine, fruits, bottle water, jams, butter, milk, orange juice, ham and cheese for toast. In the bathrooms we offer hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers.
Our common facilities provide laundry service, sun umbrellas, chaise lounge, patio tables, free Wi-Fi and free parking place.
Free transportation from the port or airport to our villas during your arrival and free transportation from our villas to the port or airport during your departure.

Our resort has been built in a quite area with unobstructed sea view. It is closed to Parikia, capital of Paros, and many sandy beaches. We are about one km away from Greek traditional taverna, super market and bus stop. In a short drive (about 5 minutes) you could go for kite surf, wind surf, sailing, scuba and other water sports. A tennis club is 5 minutes away from our resort.

Notes on the Rental Rates

We need the 30% of the total cost of the accommodation as a reservation deposit and the balance (70%) should be paid 2 weeks before your arrival.
If you cancel the reservation 6 weeks (or earlier) before your arrival we will send you back the 30% that you have deposited to us as a reservation deposit. If you cancel your booking after 6 weeks till the last 2 weeks of your arrival date we will keep the 30% reservation deposit.
When you deposit the balance (70%) and cancel the booking or non show after this, we keep all the amount.
The day of your arrival we need a refundable amount of 200 euro as a damage deposit and we give it back to you the day of your departure, hoping that the villa is in the same excellent condition as the day of your arrival.
