Situated in a rural village just outside the town of Pinoso, Casa 10-11 has much to offer the holidaymaker. Surrounded by vineyards and bodegas that produce high quality wine, and with great places to visit and explore, Casa 10-11 is perfect for holidaymakers who wish to experience a taste of the real Spain away from the hustle and bustle of the overcrowded coastline
Formerly a bodega, shoe factory and bakery and the hub of the local community, Casa 10-11’s warm, welcoming ambience provides a relaxing and safe place to holiday. Uniquely decorated with individually themed en-suite rooms, this delightful country house can cater for everyone from the single traveller to family groups with a choice of B&B or Self Catering Accommodation
With the East Wing accommodating up to 12 persons, and the West Wing 6 plus 2 on a sofa bed, Casa 10-11 can be reserved for different size groups up to a maximum of 18, ideal for family get-togethers, birthday celebrations, hen and stag parties and other special occasions

Facilities include private garden with 10 x 4 saltwater swimming pool and waterfall jacuzzi, sun terraces and loungers, shaded area, patios, bbq’s, bar, pool table, function room, free parking and much more.
Meals and housekeeping can be provided by request and we can cater for special occasions, celebrations and parties in the function room

Casa 10-11 caters for everyone, for those who wish to get away from it all and relax by the pool enjoying precious time with friends and family, and for the more energetic who wish to partake in their sport or hobby.
With some of the most beautiful countryside in Spain, the area is great for painting, nature trails, mountain climbing, cycling, walking and golf or just exploring. We also have a pool table and dart board and you can play poker, Rummikub, Uno or a variety of games or try your hand at interactive bowling or tennis with the Nintendo Wii.

Linen and towels are provided and there are shaver points in every bathroom.

The inland Costa Blanca region has much to offer the holidaymaker or explorer. Small towns and villages are nestled in spectacular countryside areas, rich in culture and heritage, reflecting the diverse and sometimes turbulent past of the region. The Moorish and North African influences sit side by side and there are many churches, cathedrals, caves, castles etc to explore. With fantastic warm summers and mild winters with minimum rainfall, it is known as one of the healthiest regions in the world.

The area is great for painting, bird watching, mountain climbing, motorcylcle tours, cycling, walking, golf or just exploring.

Situated in the most important wine producing area of Southern Spain, from where the local wines are exported world wide. There are numerous bodegas in the area to visit where you can sample and compare the excellent wines of the region.

During the summer there are lots of fiestas with music, parades and fairgrounds. The Moors and Christians Parade is celebrated in most of the towns throughout summer and is worth going to see. The costumes are amazing, the parade goes on for hours and the whole atmosphere is electric.

Nobody likes to party like the Spanish. Fire, gunpowder, music and colour are the most important ingredients of these street parties.

Nearer to home, the local fiestas are an excellent opportunity to join in with the neighbours, eating, talking and dancing in the open air until the early hours of the morning. Our own village Ubeda has a four-day event, which has to be one of the best in the area, with food and wine provided by the local restaurant and music and dancing until the early hours.

Pinoso is a traditional small Spanish town with only 6500 inhabitants, but has a wealth of modern amenities such as a theatre, health centre sports centre and a good selection of Spanish restaurants and bars where you can smaple the local delicacies.

In Jumilla, the wine producing capital of the region, approximately 30kms away, there is the famous wine festival, where literally thousands of litres of wine are given away, normally poured down the eager throats of the crowd. With International Tourist Status, this is one fiesta not to be missed. Please contact us for this years date.

Alicante and the beaches are a mere 45 minutes away and the spa town of Fortuna with its thermal spa baths at a constant 36% temperature is just a short drive away.

The nearest golf course, Alenda Golf, is about 35 minutes away. There are many famous courses within an hours drive.

There are many places of interest to visit whilst in the area, Yecla, famous for its furniture and shoe producing factories. Aspe, with its church and modernist casino. Monover with its steep narrow streets and clock towers.

Benidorm, Aqualandia, Terra Natura and Terra Mitica, as well as the renowned Benidorm Palace, are only an hours drive away.

Casa 10-11 can offer flexible accommodation and our tariffs are listed below
We require a 25% deposit on confirmation of reservation with the balance payable 8 weeks before your arrival
Linen and towels are provided and we are quite relaxed about the clock and have a flexible approach to breakfast times. Check in time is from 13.30pm, check out time is 11.00am unless pre-arranged
