A very spacious apartment in a quiet development in Tolo, shaded by trees and just 50 metres from the fine sandy beach at Tolo.

The apartment comes with full use of the pool, and offers accommodation in two double bedrooms plus a sleeping gallery above the living area.

There is also a sofa-bed for one in the living area.

The largest bedroom is in the basement, and keeps deliciously cool in the summer! Lots of windows make this room (and the rest of the house) feel light and airy.

The property is in a small sympathetically designed complex, and care has been paid to the communal areas. There are lots of trees and flowers, bougainvillea etc. The layout ensures a feeling of privacy for each of the apartments.

Air-conditioning is charged locally at 10 euros per day.

Once a traditional fishing village, the stunning views and clear waters at Tolo have made it a popular holiday destination.

The town has grown to the point where it offers all you'll need on holiday, but still retains its charm offering traditional tavernas, lively bars, quiet cafes from which to watch the world go by, and the waves lapping against the shore...

At one end of the town are the ruins of Ancient Asini with its Mycenaean wells and great views of Tolo.

In the summer months cruises depart from the harbour to the nearby islands of Hydra and Spetses.

You won't need a car while you are here, although of course it will be useful for sightseeing.

If you can bring yourself to leave Tolo and that wonderful beach there's lots to see and do in the area.

There are some of the best preserved archaeological sites in Greece just a short drive away - Mycenae, Epidavros, Tiryns, Corinth etc.

Nearby Nafplio is a cosmopolitan coastal town with good shopping and cafes, and lots of places to eat out.

Apartment sehr geraumig, sauber und ideal fur eine gro?ere Familie. Bad ist zu klein. Nahe zum Strand und zum Pool super. Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich. Der Herr, der die Schlussel aushandigt, konnte etwas freundlicher sein. Uns hat es gut in Tolo gefallen. Mfg Familie Helgert - Thomas Helgert, Germany

Notes on the Rental Rates

A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, payable via PayPal. The balance is due one month before your arrival, by bank transfer.

Air-conditioning is an extra and is charged at 8 euros per day for the smaller apartment, 10 euros per day for the larger.

There is a 20% charge for each extra person.
