Two individual studio-design cottages (50m²each) that easily accommodate a family of four
One larger (75m²), 1-bedroom cottage that sleeps up to 5 persons.
One split-level 2-bedroom house with 2 baths ideal for a group of friends or a large family. Sleeps up to 6 persons.
Each individual cottage has been uniquely designed with great care and foresight. Amenities include Parking, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, TV, Internet, Air-conditioning, and Fireplace rendering them ideal for winter getaways. Available year-round.
Extra Features
Highest quality Coco-Mat beds and pillows manufactured exclusively from natural materials.
Clean linen service daily (upon request at extra cost)
Walking distance from seaside, restaurants, shops, currency exchange
Your proprietors are Barbara and Yannis who also own and run “Paralos” Beach Bar, where our visitors can spend the day swimming, sunning, snacking, reading or just resting in a delightful environment right on Stoupa's most beautiful and popular Kalogria Beach.

Notes on the Rental Rates
Each extra person over 2 years plus 10 euros per night
On stays of a week or more: 10% discount
On stays of two weeks or more: 15% discount
On stays of three weeks or more: 20% discount
In order to secure the booking we require a deposit of 20% via PayPal.
During Mid and Low season it may be possible to rent for a shorter period than one week.
Note : All guests receive welcome baskets and standard housekeeping is twice weekly. Additional housekeeping or any choice of services including laundry service are available at extra cost.
If you have any questions about services or accommodations, please advise.
The three apartments are on a flexible allotment contract, so please allow 24 hours for me to block an available date. The house has all reservations going directly to me so I can always respond immediately.
All guests receive welcome baskets and standard housekeeping is twice weekly. Additional housekeeping or any choice of services including laundry service are available at extra cost.
