Our large three bed roomed, three bath roomed semi-detached villa is the perfect place for that summer and winter holiday, having the luxury of full gas fired radiator central heating. The villa has a spectacular view down the Lake and across to Mount Maroma where the ever changing colours of the mountain at sunset can be viewed from the terrace whilst enjoying that evening drink and barbeque. Our villa will sleep 6 adults and two infants in absolute comfort and for young families all baby equipment, can be hired. The kidney shaped swimming pool is shared with our one neighbour, it has steps down into the shallow end and there is a large poolside terrace where you can catch the sun. The colourful gardens have lots of flowering shrubs, cactus and trees, they are completely fenced, making a secure area for the children and adults to explore. With plenty of off-road parking our villa is perfect for that relaxing holiday that you have been looking for.
Lounge:
This comfortably furnished open-plan living room has gas radiator central heating and a modern wood burning fire, two very comfortable sofas a coffee table, Sky TV with a DVD player. A set of patio doors leading on to the covered dining terrace which affords stunning lake views and of the mountains, especially at sunset.
Kitchen:
The bright and modern kitchen and utility rooms are fully equipped, with granite topped work surfaces, large fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, a built-in double electric oven, a gas hob, coffee machine and juicer, there is a breakfast bar with two stools in the archway between the kitchen and dining room. The dining room has modern table and six chairs.
Bedrooms:
On the first floor there are two large spacious bedrooms, both have double doors with access out on to a balcony. The master has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers bedside cabinets, ceiling fan and a central heating radiator. The en-suite has a bath, shower, WC and hand basin. Bedroom 2 also on the upper level has two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets, radiator, ceiling fan, and has access to the large family bathroom along the hallway. Bedroom 3 on the ground floor has a double bed, wardrobe, radiator, ceiling fan and access to the bathroom across the hall. Cots for babies are available to hire.

All three bathrooms are fully tiled. The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom has a bath, shower cubicle, hand basin with mirror and shelving, and wc.
The two family bathrooms have; baths, shower cubicles wash hand basins in vanity units, with mirrors above, radiators and WC’s. Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Due to luggage restrictions, linen and all towels, including ones for the pool are provided, the villa is properly cleaned prior to occupation and again in accordance with length of stay. Additional cleaning provided as required, subject to charge.
Other:
There is a quiet reading area on the large first floor landing.

Prices are for the property per week, in sterling, and we offer a 10% discount for stays of two or more consecutive weeks. Bookings will be confirmed upon payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit with the remainder to be paid in full 6 weeks before holiday start date. Welcome packs will be provided with each arrival, and a ‘full shop’ can be pre-ordered by email, at cost, plus a €25 surcharge. We will require a £130 or €150 refundable security deposit, returnable on the day of departure.
Changeover day
We have no fixed changeover days and we try to be flexible to suit your flights; we are also flexible with times into and out of the villa wherever possible.
Notes on accommodation
Baby equipment can be provided at extra cost, i.e.; cots, highchair, car seat, buggy, sterilizer and changing mat.
This stunningly beautiful inland area is only twenty minutes from the coast with numerous things to do that include; walking, cycling, horse riding, there are many scenic drives, adventurous Land Rover Safaris, with wildlife and water parks to visit. We have two sets of right-hand clubs available for hire for that relaxing game of golf at one of the two, nearby clubs
