This house is uniquely situated next to long, sandy beach and forest - one of the last coastal forests remaining in Greece. It is ideal for families with children, group of friends or anyone seeking a very special house.
The house is in Agiannakis, past the train station and towards the beach.
There are 4 bedrooms, one attic, two bath/shower rooms, one kitchen and lounge, plus outside seating and dining areas, hamocks and a barbeque.
The beach, the forest, the river Neda and its waterfalls all contribute to make this a really special location. Ancient Olympia, where the first Olympic Games were held, and where the flame is lit every four years before it travels across the globe is just 45 minutes drive away.
There are numerous other places to visit in the area including Messini, the Tomb of Nestoras, Pylos and Kardamyli to name but a few amazing places.
There are plenty of other attractions in the area for all tastes - especially if you like Kalamata olives! The city of Kalamata is in the prefecture of Messinia, and the area is renowned for its olives, olive oil, and generally very tasty food! The area is very green due to abundant underground water - possibly the most beautiful place in Greece!

| Notes: Bedroom 1: is the master bedroom with en-suite shower: we can add an extra singe bed, or a double mattress on the floor for one or two children to sleep on. So, it sleeps a maximum of 4 PLEASE ASK FOR A SINGLE BED OR A DOUBLE MATTRESS. Bedroom 2: one double bed. Here we could also fit a single bed for a child to sleep on - sleeps 3 maximum. PLEASE ASK FOR THE EXTRA BED. Bedroom 3: two doubles and can also take an additional single fold-out bed, so it can sleep 5 people in total. PLEASE ASK FOR THE SINGLE FOLD-OUT BED. Bedroom 4: 3 single beds. There are 4 bedrooms and an attic - Attic. The main attic has a double bed on one side, and a single bed on the other - but it can get rather warm up in the summer! The attic is above the living room, and has no door to close it off from the rest of the house. This is not classed as a bedroom but anyone who likes the idea of an adventure (children of all ages) is welcome to sleep there. | |
