Villa Anna consists of two luxury apartments set in a private walled olive grove, just 500 m from the sea...

The ground floor apartment sleeps six in three double bedrooms, and the first floor can accommodate five people.

Setting:

Each apartment occupies one floor of a villa, set in an olive grove on the outskirts of the village of Kandia, about 20 km from Nafplio.

The garden is laid to lawn, and the olive trees provide shade, and a good place to hang a hammock!

There is a large barbeque area, and plenty of space outside to relax.

The beach is a short walk away, down a farm track, and the sea in this area is very clean. The beach has few people on it, even in the height of summer.

Accommodation:

Each property has three double bedrooms, and a large comfortable dining / living area.

There are generous balconies offering sea views, and plenty of room to relax outside.

The garden has a trampoline, swings and a slide, and is safe for children since it is walled.

Getting There:

Kandia is a 2 hour drive from Athens airport, and a car is strongly recommended when staying at Villa Anna

Kandia is a beautifully unspoilt village where friendly locals still live and work, some 20 km from Nafplio.

The villa is a little distance out of the village, in a quiet peaceful spot.

Although Kandia is still traditional there is a local supermarket, fish & meat tavernas, a bakery & bars.

The dark chocolate brown sandy beach is well maintained and the sea is very clear. If you wish for a day out there are many choices.

The chic town of Nauplion with its narrow pedestrian streets and ancient Turkish mosques is just 15 km away. Nauplion is looked down upon by Palamidi castle which is waiting to be explored, as is the island fort of Bourtzi in the bay which is reached by taxi boats at 4 euros.

Or you could visit the amphitheatre of Epidavros which can be reach by car in under half an hour, or ancient Mycenae & the amazing 'beehive' tomb of Agammemnon.

The area is rich to explore or perfect just to sit and soak up the sun.

Notes on the Rental Rates

20% deposit secures the booking, and the balance is payable one month before your arrival.

There is an extra charge for final cleaning. The charge per person is 10 euros.

There is a charge for people who bring their dogs with them. The charge per day for a dog is 7 euros.
