Boulders Beach House is uniquely located in one of the most spectacular settings in the World. It overlooks the famous Boulders Beach which is also home to the protected African Penguin Sanctuary. We are situated 37km from Cape Town & 2km from Simon’s Town almost at the foot of the African Continent and Cape Point.

This comfortable self-catering holiday home has 2 separate self-catering units with uninterrupted sea views.The downstairs unit has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bath and shower and a large open plan kitchen and living area which is fully equipped with Microwave, stove, dishwasher and washing machine.

The upstairs sea view unit has 3 bedrooms - 1 mezzanine bedroom and 2 bathrooms with bath and shower, an open plan kitchen and living area which is fully equipped with Microwave, stove, dishwasher.

All rooms are simply decorated for perfect holiday living and leads out to a large wooden deck for relaxing in the sun and outdoor entertaining where you can savor the ever changing sunrises, romantic sunsets or the sight of the path of the full moon reflected on the ocean that will leave you breathless while enjoying a barbeque with loved ones and friends.


Boulders Beach House has a swimming pool and full Satellite TV for lazy afternoons or after a long day at the beach.
