This villa is a unique property located at the highest spot of Oia village in Perivolas area.
Its amphitheatric position offers fantastic views over the cliff, the village, the beautiful sunset and the volcano, all at the same time.
The location of the villa is very convenient as it is just 500 meters from Oia center. Outside the villa there is a parking area, bus stop, markets and restaurants.
The house is painted white inside and combines traditional architecture with minimal and contemporary design.
There is an external Jacuzzi mini pool for 6 people available under a shaded veranda in the main court yard with a fabulous view to the caldera and the village of Oia.
This lovely villa consists of three levels (main, upper and lower), which can be united in one villa for a big family/group of friends or two separate houses, the White Residence and the White Loft.
MAIN HOUSE- WHITE RESIDENCE
The "White Residence" main cave House consists of two levels:
On the upper level there is a large traditional cave house furnished with antiques. It consists of a luxury master bedroom with a double bed , en suite vanity marble bathroom carved into the rock with a Jacuzzi bathtub and photocell power taps, a living room with built-in sofas and an antique wooden table, a separate dining area with an antique wooden table and seating area and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. From the living area a few stairs take you up to a small sitting area with a sofa bed and window with fantastic sea views.
On the lower level of the White Residence, a very particular apartment shows how people in Santorini exploited any available space and lived (and still do) on this amazing and unique cliff island.
This lower level consists of a small living area, a kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker and all kitchenware, a small WC with shower and a double bed nested in the window of the cave. The cave atmosphere of this lower level gives a special and romantic atmosphere. It is connected by interior stairs to the rest of the house or accessed through a separate main entrance.

The White Residence is perfect for a romantic get-away, a holiday with 2 couples or a small group of friends. Using the sofa beds it can accommodate parties up to 6 people.
The facilities of the White Residence include A/C, satellite TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, hairdryer, telephone, Wi – Fi and safety boxes. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, cooking stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker and all kitchenware.
In the main courtyard there is a seating area with a table and a Jacuzzi pool for 6 people. All with amazing views of the sea, the sunset and the volcano.

UPPER LEVEL APPARTMENT- WHITE LOFT
The White Loft" – is a separate apartment that can be rented separately or connected to the rest of the “White House” villa. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a WC with shower and a wooden loft bedroom which really gives the idea of flying over the wonderful village of Oia. The loft has windows in the front and in the ceiling where you can see the stars and the moon from your bed using the ceiling windows or watch the sea and the village from the front windows. Situated on the highest altitude point of the village it can offer unforgettable views and unique memories. There is also a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the volcano.
The upper level Apartment, White Loft, can accommodate 2 persons in the double bed on the loft and possibly one extra adult or 2 kids on the living area.
The facilities of the White Loft include, Air Condition, satellite TV, DVD, Hi-Fi sets, hairdryer, Wi- Fi, safety box. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, cooking stove, microwave oven, coffee maker and all kitchenware
Services include daily maid service (change of towels daily, change of sheets every 3rd day), 24 hours concierge services.

Santorini is simply Spectacular.

Sailing into the flooded caldera and being greeted by dizzying cliffs with dazzling white villages plastered like dollops of cream on the sky-hugging rim will take your breath away.
Santorini is a volcano with the central caldera being submerged in the sea leaving a ring of three islands looking at each other, islands that have been cut in half leaving fantastic sheer cliffs dropping into the sea.
It is an island of extraordinary contrasts, Santorini can be both breathtakingly beautiful and quietly peaceful and lost in time.
The extremes of the sheer cliffs of red and black are so spectacular that you can feel almost intimidated by there size contrast with the peace and calm of the inner islands timeless appeal.

On Santorini all the house are built in a traditional style giving the affect of an island of white cube houses and blue dome churches tumble attractively down the cliff faces. A feeling that Santorini has remained unchanged for centuries.

Santorini is widely noted for it's absolutely awesome sunsets. The drifting volcanic fumes are supposed to be responsible for the intensity of some the evening skies for which, in Thira town, restaurant vie for position so to allow the spectacle to accompany your evening meal.

The visitor is well catered for in the center of the major towns with many very good restaurants and interesting shops to tempt you. The narrow streets of the Thira create a time lost cozy feel to the town and make exploring an adventure.
Inland the fields of grapes are dotted with churches and traditional houses with many attractions to explore, very well preserved traditional villages, wineries, underground art gallery.
One of the villages you may like to visit is Imerovigli. It is built in a privileged location, the highest spot of caldera, in a 300m height between Fira and Oia.
This graphic settlement is considered conserved and it’s ideal for romantic walks. The houses built according to the traditional architecture of Cyclades islands and the dreamy view from the village leaves no one untouched.
In Imerovigli you will see the remains of the Enetic castle "Skaros" built by Marcus Sanoudos, used as a wine press during the Venetian rule. The path from Skaros leads to the small church of Theoskepasti that has a spectacular view to the volcanic islands Palea and Nea Kameni.

There are surprising and interesting places to discover on all corners of Santorini and when you have exhausted yourself slip down to the black sand beaches, which hold the heat, relaxing you and allowing you to drift off into the warmth.

And just one last word, from my experience of visiting island in Greece I have found the people of Santroini to be the warmest, most genuine, most sincere, friendly islanders I have had the pleasure of meeting and that alone makes me want to visit the island again and again.
