Perfectly located right on the sandy beach of Tolo! Sleeps up to eight in comfort.

Accommodation...

Three double bedrooms, all of a good size and all air-conditioned, two with sea views.

The living room also has sea views and comfortable sofas which double as sofabeds.

The property comfortably sleeps up to eight.

There are two bathrooms, one with a full-length bath, and one with a shower. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms.

The kitchen has a large fridge, electric oven and is supplied with crockery and cutlery for ten people.

The kitchen has been completely renovated this year (2008).


Sun Terrace

Besides the above living space, the villa has a huge sun terrace which ends right on the beach, and it is likely that this is where you'll spend most of your time!

Sun shades can be extended over the whole of the terrace, providing shade in the heat of the day.

At the back of the villa is a garden planted with orange and lemon trees, grape vines, a fig tree and flowers.

There is also a shady covered area at the back of the villa which stays cool even on the hottest days.

Off-road parking is available for at least two cars.

Once a traditional fishing village, the stunning views and clear waters at Tolo have made it a popular holiday destination.

The town has grown to the point where it offers all you'll need on holiday, but still retains its charm.

Traditional tavernas, lively bars, quiet cafes from which to watch the world go by, and the waves lapping against the shore...

At one end of the town are the ruins of Ancient Asini with its Mycenaean wells and great views of Tolo.

In the summer months cruises depart from the harbour to the nearby islands of Hydra and Spetses.

Villa Katerina is right on the beach at the quieter end of town. A stroll along the water's edge will take you to cafes, tevrnas etc, and there are shops very close by.

You won't need a car while you are here, although of course it will be useful for sightseeing.
