The house is 68m2 and includes a kitchen,a small bedroom with a double bed and, in the remaining open-plan space, a double sofa bed and another single bed, a bathroom with shower.
It has a large terrace at the rear with stunning views of the island and the islands of the
Aegean, a small front porch that is the common entrance with the other house inhabited by the owner, and a balcony overlooking the city. There is no air-con but the house has high ceilings and is bright and airy.
The kitchen has a small cooker with a little oven and 3 rings as well as a fridge,toaster and a kettle. There is no washing machine.
The old mill house is a traditional house built of stone high on a hill with spectacular views over the Aegean and the island.
The bus stop is 5 minutes away on foot as are the local parks.
The capital town is 7 minutes away and you will find everything you need there.
