It is ideal for private vacations on the beach (the property is just in front of a small sea gulf with sandy beach – please see video and relevant photos!!!). The villa is 350 m2 inside a private land of 6000 m2 designed and constructed by the owner who is an Architect.

The perfect place for relaxing, playing on the sea and the sandy beach, for you and your friends with orange, lemon and olive trees together with tomatoes, potatoes, onions and peppers which are essential natural grown trees in case you want to cook Greek or local dishes.
Of course the villa is equipped with all the essential equipment (3 Bathrooms, Living room (120 m2), Balconies, Kitchen for cooking, Air Conditions, Satellite TV etc).

Experience the view of the sunset, the freedom of this land, the sound and color of the sea in front of this property (please see video and relevant photos!!!). In case you wish to play tennis or basketball is also possible. Traveling to the rest of Peloponnese is not a problem if you want to experience the mountains and rivers. The stunning area of Laconia is available for you and Athens is less than 3 hours away. In case you wish to have a mini tour on the sea then you only have to drive to Porto Heli, take the boat and travel to Spetses, Hydra, Poros, and Aegina islands too.
